The Development of a Pervasive Coaching Culture in the Organisation that delivers and sustains the high performance output of a market leader. This is achieved by means of a simultaneous Top-Down and Bottom-Up coaching intervention.
The development of a coaching culture has enabled a number of visionary organisations to achieve sustainable growth and to attract and retain high-calibre staff, and the executive coaching programme is designed to achieve these ends beginning with an initial sixth month intervention without taking the executive out of his or her role. Additionally the direct reports of the selected executives are incorporated in the group discussions and presentations in order to acclimatize and orientate them to a leader coach environment.
One-on-one Executive Coaching with Pat Grove (and his team of coaches where applicable) to a group of key executives – generally 5 to 10 executives over a period of 6 months with 4 or 5 interventions per month. The coaching style employed is the Ontological Style of Coaching with its emphasis on Transformation as opposed to change.
The Executives are to be coached as Ontological Leader Coaches who will in turn coach their middle management subordinates or direct reports.
Pat Grove is an internationally recognised business coach and personal development expert. Pat has won international recognition for his personal development courses "I Am", "Joy Spring" and "The Mile" which have been syndicated around the world and have more than 800,000 graduates world-wide. Pat has written a number of books many of which focus on ontological coaching and he has consulted to a number of multinational businesses and governments. Pat (and his team) would work with each of the selected executives over the six month period to develop a programme that fitted the individual’s schedule and achieved the desired individual and organisational outcomes.

Developing a Coaching Culture in the organisation rests firmly on two key components:
Firstly a strong commitment from Executive and Middle management to the transformation of the leadership style from that of “The Boss” to that of “The Coach”.
Secondly to a predominantly online (but also offline) coaching programme similar to Face-Book that can reach out to the large majority of employees with an entertaining and meaningful style of interaction that brings the value of coaching and its rewards for the individual within the understanding of the average employee. That there is a fun and exciting tool that they can use that will not only improve their ability to perform their work related tasks more efficiently; but will also assist them to improve their personal relationships and finances.

The unique service delivered by the QI Institute is online access to life skills and transformational coaching that is not available to the majority of organisations, however, without which most people flounder and fail in their business and personal lives.

Membership also entitles the member to attend seminars in the major metropolitan centres in South Africa where invited guest speakers will talk on subjects pertinent to the focus of QI and individual skills and career development. In addition, members receive Pod-cast based and written coaching programmes on a regular basis throughout the year.
